* Where should I park?
Please park in a designated parking space in the lot avoiding blocking any of our doors.
If you are having your vehicle towed, please have the tow truck driver see a manager about where to place the car.
* What is the after-hours drop-off procedure?
We allow “Early Bird” or “Night Owl” drop-offs. The drop-off slot is located on the door of the main entrance of the building.
Remember to leave several telephone numbers for us to reach you. If we are not able to reach you, needed repairs may take longer than expected.
* How should I get my vehicle towed in?
We work with Randy's Towing and Recovery in Troy, Ohio. They do an excellent job, and we enjoy working with them. Should you need to contact them, their telephone number is (937) 339-1111.
We also recommend Englewood Truck Towing and Recovery in Englewood, Ohio. They can be reached at (937) 836-5109 or (888) 513-1000. However, you can use any towing company you choose.
* Can you give me a ride?
Depending on your destination, we might be able to help
you out. We have a small staff, and driving long distances
is just not an option at this time. If you need a lift down the road to work, home, or to the nearby Enterprise Rent-a-Car office, we would
be happy to help you out.
* Where should I get a rental car?
Depending on the type of repair, you may not need a rental car. Should you be in need of one, there is an Enterprise Rent-a-Car at 450 E. National Road in Vandalia, in a shopping center on Route 40 east of Dixie Drive. The number to this facility is (937) 898-5003.

* What is the best method of payment?
For your convenience we accept the following forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Car Care One, debit cards, personal checks and business checks. Please be prepared to show some form of ID when you come to make a payment.
* How long can I leave my car at your facility?
We prefer that you pick up your car the same day as the completion of work. We do understand sometimes it may take you until the next morning or evening to pick up your vehicle. We have a small parking lot and every vehicle that leaves gives us one more space for the person who comes in after you.
We do have a policy that if the vehicle does not leave the premises within 72 hours after completion of work, a $7 per day charge will be added to the bill for a storage fee.
* Do you offer any discounts?
There is no standard discount we offer. We try to run a different special every week, and we offer quarterly coupons in our newsletter. Take a look at our current online specials. There may be something you can use!
